Scenario Training: Crisis & Decision-Making
Structured experiential scenario training. Rotation: one team acts, one team plays civilian roles.
What to expect
Test your decisions under controlled conditions. We run structured experiential scenarios: the "acting team" solves a task (reconnaissance, evacuation), the "portraying team" plays civilian roles from a script – observers, bystanders, officials. All exercises take place on private or pre-cleared terrain; permits from authorities are obtained in advance where required. No uninvolved third parties are observed, filmed or made part of the scenario. No physical contact, no chasing, time-out word valid at any moment. Teams rotate so everyone experiences both sides. Focus is on leadership, communication (CivTAK), and decision-making under stress – continuously coached.
