Field Hygiene & Basic Care

Basic medical care & hygiene in the field—when no doctor is coming.

What to expect

Stay healthy when infrastructure fails. We focus on preventing infections, wound care with simple means, and stabilizing injured persons over longer periods (nursing). NOTE: Not a standard First Aid course, but extended scenarios ("Prolonged Field Care") for laypeople with a focus on hygiene management, infection prevention, and improvisation away from hospitals. Not a substitute for medical treatment, not medical advice; any application is at your own responsibility. In an emergency: ambulance 144 / Rega 1414.
